Every spring Henkel partners team up with students from Avon High School to share an on-the-job experience. Coordinated by Junior Achievement of Lorain County, students are paired with a partner to spend several hours both observing and participating in a particular discipline. Students are encouraged to ask questions and express their observations during a pizza lunch break.

In 2006, twenty-eight students and partners participated in this program.
